"The Last Days of May" is a 35mm film photographic project shot during the last week of the month of May 2020. May 31st this year marked a decade of my child being alive, but this earned proud moment in life has been burdened by a pandemic and amidst an unthoughtful fully surprising onslaught of a possible race war. In 42 photos I evoke feelings and thoughts on subtle everyday subjects along with portraits and landscapes to create a visual poetic journey through the last week of May.
