path to stillness.

a short guide for meditation

This process is simple. I invite you to take a comfortable seat and read through this short description then begin your meditation practice.

This meditation is rooted in the concept of Sākṣī meditation, which means being the silent observer of your thoughts.

In Sākṣī, we don't engage with the thoughts that arise; instead, we simply watch them pass by, like clouds drifting across the sky. The goal here is not to hold on to any thoughts, but to let them come and go without attachment. As you meditate, allow yourself to become the witness, detached and present, noticing the flow of thoughts without judgment.

Just observe them, like watching the world pass by, knowing that you are not your thoughts. You are the observer of them. With each breath, sink deeper into this space of stillness, letting everything unfold naturally
