What is the Yoga practice like?
Each practice begins with grounding, a calm return to the body and breath. From there, we build heat and awaken inner strength through mindful movement, letting the breath guide us into a rhythm of power and presence. After moving through that fire, we soften and ease into a slower flow inspired by restorative, and yin-inspired shapes/poses. We close in stillness, with a simple meditation and a few words to stay present in the heart and root you back into life with clarity, warmth, and love.
